Maki Express Ramen House was born from a simple belief: that the best meals come from the best ingredients, treated with respect and prepared without shortcuts. Located on West McMillan Street in Cincinnati, our kitchen is where tradition meets the rhythm of a modern city.

Our Approach

Every bowl begins with a broth — pork bone, chicken, vegetable — simmered for hours until it reaches the perfect balance of umami, silkiness, and depth.
